Sanitary norms and rules "Sanitary and epidemiological requirements for organizations providing medical care, including the organization and conduct of sanitary and anti-epidemic measures for the prevention of infectious diseases in these organizations"
Санитарные нормы и правила "Санитарно-эпидемиологические требования к организациям, оказывающим медицинскую помощь, в том числе к организации и проведению санитарно-противоэпидемических мероприятий по профилактике инфекционных заболеваний в этих организациях"
Sanitary norms and rules establish requirements for the location, territory, water supply, lighting, microclimate, maintenance and operation of the buildings and premises of organizations providing medical care and sanitary and epidemiological measures for the prevention of infectious diseases in these organizations. Sanitary norms and rules are mandatory for compliance with organizations whose activities are related to the provision of medical care. When designing, constructing, reconstructing, locating organizations, the requirements of the Sanitary Norms and Rules and other technical regulatory legal acts containing requirements for ensuring the sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population must be observed. State sanitary supervision of compliance with Sanitary norms and rules is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus. For violation of the Sanitary Norms and Rules, the perpetrators are liable in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus
Санитарные нормы и правила устанавливают требования к размещению, территории, водоснабжению, освещению, микроклимату, содержанию и эксплуатации зданий и помещений организаций, оказывающих медицинскую помощь и санитарно-противоэпидемическим мероприятиям по профилактике инфекционных заболеваний в этих организациях. Санитарные нормы и правила обязательны для соблюдения организациями, деятельность которых связана с оказанием медицинской помощи. При проектировании, строительстве, реконструкции, размещении организаций должны соблюдаться требования Санитарных норм и правил и иных технических нормативных правовых актов, содержащих требования по обеспечению санитарно-эпидемиологического благополучия населения. Государственный санитарный надзор за соблюдением Санитарных норм и правил осуществляется в соответствии с законодательством Республики Беларусь. За нарушение Санитарных норм и правил виновные лица несут ответственность в соответствии с законодательством Республики Беларусь
