These norms and rules apply to the design, construction and operation of new railway lines, additional (second, third and fourth) main tracks * and strengthening (reconstruction) of existing public lines of 1520 mm gauge 245 kN (25 tf), linear load of an eight-axle car 103 kN (10.5 tf) and the movement of trains with speeds: passenger - up to 200 km / h, freight - up to 120 km / h, accelerated and refrigerated - 140 km / h (inclusive). For highways with speeds exceeding those specified, special standards must be developed on the instructions of the customer and approved by him. These standards apply to external railway access roads ** by agreement with the executive authority in the field of railway transport. These standards do not apply to railway lines, which provide for closed circulation of rolling stock with higher axial and linear loads. Notes 1 External railroad access roads include non-public railways intended for the transport of goods by enterprises and connecting the adjoining station of the common network with the industrial station, and in its absence, with loading and unloading tracks or with the turnout of the first branch of the internal railway lines. 2 Short-term restoration of lines destroyed as a result of emergencies and temporary detours can be designed with specially developed standards
Настоящие нормы и правила распространяются на проектирование, строительство и эксплуатацию новых железнодорожных линий, дополнительных (вторых, третьих и четвертых) главных путей* и усиление (реконструкцию) существующих линий общего пользования колеи 1520 мм 245 кН (25 тс), погонную нагрузку восьмиосного вагона 103 кН (10,5 тс) и движение поездов со скоростями: пассажирских - до 200 км/ч, грузовых - до 120 км/ч, грузовых ускоренных и рефрижераторных - 140 км/ч (включительно). Для магистралей со скоростями, превышающими указанные, должны разрабатываться по заданию заказчика и утверждаться им специальные нормы. Настоящие нормы распространяются на внешние железнодорожные подъездные пути** по согласованию с органом исполнительной власти в области железнодорожного транспорта. Настоящие нормы не распространяются на железнодорожные пути, где предусматривается замкнутое обращение подвижного состава с более высокими осевыми и погонными нагрузками. Примечания 1 К внешним железнодорожным подъездным путям относятся пути необщего пользования, предназначенные для перевозок грузов предприятий и соединяющие станцию примыкания общей сети с промышленной станцией, а при ее отсутствии - с погрузочно-разгрузочными путями или со стрелочным переводом первого ответвления внутренних железнодорожных путей. 2 Краткосрочное восстановление разрушенных в результате возникновения чрезвычайных ситуаций линий и временные обходы допускается проектировать со специально разработанными нормами
