Protection of building structures and structures from corrosion

These rules and regulations apply to the construction of new ones, expansion, reconstruction and technical re-equipment of existing enterprises, buildings and structures and must be observed when installing anti-corrosion coatings for metal, concrete, reinforced concrete and brick building structures, as well as technological equipment when applying coatings for corrosion protection, arising under the influence of aggressive environments of industrial production and groundwater. These rules and regulations establish the general technical requirements for the performance of work in a building site. Weatherproof protective coatings that protect against the effects of solar radiation, precipitation and dust, the marine atmosphere, must be performed in accordance with the requirements of SNiP for roofing, waterproofing, vapor barrier and thermal insulation, as well as for finishing coatings for building structures. These norms and rules do not apply to work on anticorrosion protection: metal underground structures erected in permafrost and rocky soils; steel casing pipes, piles and technological equipment for the construction of which special technical conditions have been developed; constructions of tunnels and subways; electric power cables; metal and reinforced concrete underground structures subjected to corrosion from stray electric currents; trunk oil and gas pipelines; communications and casing strings of oil and gas wells; heating networks. These norms and rules also do not apply to technological equipment, the application of protective coatings on which in accordance with GOST 24444-80 is provided by manufacturers. Protective coatings of technological equipment should be applied, as a rule, in the factory. The application of protective coatings to technological equipment directly at the installation site is allowed: piecewise acid-resistant materials, chemically resistant: polymer sheet materials and laminated plastics (fiberglass, chlorine fabric, etc.), mastic compounds and paints and varnishes based on epoxy and other resins; gumming in an open way of non-standardized equipment manufactured at the installation site. In the factory, protective coatings are applied for steel pipelines and tanks for storing and transporting liquefied gas, laid and installed on the territory of cities and towns. The application of protective coatings on steel pipelines and tanks at the place of their construction is allowed with: insulation of welded joints and small fittings; correction of damage to the protective coating; insulation of tanks mounted on the installation site from individual elements
Настоящие нормы и правила распространяются на строительство новых, расширение, реконструкцию и техническое перевооружение действующих предприятий, зданий и сооружений и должны соблюдаться при устройстве антикоррозионных покрытий металлических, бетонных, железобетонных и кирпичных строительных конструкций, а также технологического оборудования при нанесении покрытий для защиты от коррозии, возникающей под воздействием агрессивных сред промышленных производств и грунтовых вод. Настоящие нормы и правила устанавливают общие технические требования к производству работ в условиях строительной площадки. Атмосферостойкие защитные покрытия, предохраняющие от воздействия солнечной радиации, осадков и пыли, морской атмосферы, должны выполняться согласно требованиям СНиП по устройству кровель, гидроизоляции, пароизоляции и теплоизоляции, а также по устройству отделочных покрытий строительных конструкций. Настоящие нормы и правила не распространяются на работы по антикоррозионной защите: металлических подземных сооружений, возводимых в вечномерзлых и скальных грунтах; стальных обсадных труб, свай и технологического оборудования, на сооружение которых разработаны специальные технические условия; сооружений тоннелей и метрополитенов; электрических силовых кабелей; металлических и железобетонных подземных сооружений, подвергающихся коррозии от блуждающих электрических токов; магистральных нефтепродукто- и газопроводов; коммуникаций и обсадных колонн скважин промыслов нефти и газа; тепловых сетей. Данные нормы и правила не распространяются также на технологическое оборудование, нанесение защитных покрытий на которое в соответствии с ГОСТ 24444-80 предусмотрено предприятиями-изготовителями. Защитные покрытия технологического оборудования должны наноситься, как правило, в заводских условиях. Нанесение защитных покрытий на технологическое оборудование непосредственно на месте его монтажа допускается: штучными кислотоупорными материалами, химически стойкими: полимерными листовыми материалами и слоистыми пластиками (стеклоткань, хлориновая ткань и др.), мастичными составами и лакокрасочными материалами на основе эпоксидных и других смол; гуммированием открытым способом нестандартизированного оборудования, изготовляемого на монтажной площадке. В заводских условиях наносятся защитные покрытия стальных трубопроводов и емкостей для хранения и транспортирования сжиженного газа, прокладываемых и монтируемых на территории городов и населенных пунктов. Нанесение защитных покрытий на стальные трубопроводы и емкости на месте их сооружения допуск��ется при: изоляции сварных стыков и мелких фасонных частей; исправлении мест повреждения защитного покрытия; изоляции емкостей, монтируемых на месте установки из отдельных элементов
