The document establishes a standard nomenclature of operational and repair documents, the delivery of which is provided for by the contracts for the construction of new vessels and is carried out both with the first (lead) vessel and with the subsequent (serial) vessels in volumes and terms agreed between the customer and the supplier, as the contract (contract specification for the ship) makes an appropriate entry. The guidance document applies to transport and service auxiliary vessels, as well as dredging vessels and ASTPRs, which are being built at foreign shipyards. It can also be used in determining the volume and nomenclature of operational and repair documents for ships built at domestic shipyards
Документ устанавливает типовую номенклатуру эксплуатационных и ремонтных документов, поставка которых предусматривается контрактами на строительство новых судов и производится как со первым (головным) судном, так и с последующими (серийными) судами в объемах и в сроки, взаимосогласованные между заказчиком и поставщиком, о чем в контракте (контрактной спецификации на судно) делается соответствующая запись. Руководящий документ распространяется на транспортные и служебно-вспомогательные суда, а также суда дноуглубительного флота и АСПТР, строящиеся на зарубежных верфях. Он также может быть использован при определении объема и номенклатуры эксплуатационных и ремонтных документов для судов, строящихся на отечественных верфях.
