The federal law establishes the legal, organizational and economic conditions for the functioning of public railway transport, the basis for the interaction of railway transport organizations and individual entrepreneurs carrying out work (services) on railway transport with state authorities and other types of transport, as well as the basis of state regulation in the field of railway transport general use
