Adopted by the State Duma on April 12, 2006. Approved by the Federation Council on May 26, 2006, Article 19 of the Federal Law came into force on the day the Water Code of the Russian Federation came into force. Article 12 of the Federal Law entered into force on January 1, 2007, but not earlier than one month after the date of its official publication. A graphic copy of the document is presented in its original version (excluding any changes)
