On a special assessment of working conditions
О специальной оценке условий труда
Status: Effective
The federal law regulates relations arising in connection with a special assessment of working conditions and the implementation of the employer's obligations to ensure the safety of workers in the course of their labor activity and the rights of workers to jobs that comply with state regulatory requirements for labor protection, and also establishes the legal and organizational framework and procedure conducting a special assessment of working conditions, determines the legal status, rights, duties and responsibilities of participants in a special assessment ki work conditions
Федеральный закон регулирует отношения, возникающие в связи с проведением специальной оценки условий труда и реализацией обязанностей работодателя по обеспечению безопасности работников в процессе их трудовой деятельности и прав работников на рабочие места, соответствующие государственным нормативным требованиям охраны труда, а также устанавливает правовые и организационные основы и порядок проведения специальной оценки условий труда, определяет правовое положение, права, обязанности и ответственность участников специальной оценки условий труда
