About state registration of real estate
О государственной регистрации недвижимости
Status: Effective. The federal law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication, with the exception of Article 15 and paragraphs 3, 5 and 10 of Article 23, which shall enter into force on January 1, 2018.
Federal law determines the creation procedure, legal status, goals, functions, powers and procedures for managing the activities of a public law company to protect the rights of citizens participating in shared construction
