On service in the federal fire service of the State Fire Service and amending certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation
О службе в федеральной противопожарной службе Государственной противопожарной службы и внесении изменений в отдельные законодательные акты Российской Федерации
Status: Effective. The federal law entered into force on the day of its official publication, with the exception of part 1 of article 90, which entered into force on January 1, 2022.
The subject of regulation of the Federal Law is the legal relationship associated with entering the service of the Federal Fire Service of the State Fire Service, its passage and termination, as well as determining the legal status (status) of the employee of the federal fire service
Предметом регулирования Федерального закона являются правоотношения, связанные с поступлением на службу в федеральную противопожарную службу Государственной противопожарной службы, ее прохождением и прекращением, а также с определением правового положения (статуса) сотрудника федеральной противопожарной службы
