Churned pastille

Status: Not effective - Superseded
The standard applies to churned pastille, prepared by churning applesauce with sugar and egg white or other equivalent food, foaming agents, followed by the addition of agar-sugar syrup (for glutinous pastille) or marmalade mass (for custard pastille), or without adding them (for glueless non-brewed marshmallow), with the further formation of a knocked-down pastel mass and its subsequent drying after gelation.
Стандарт распространяется на пастилу сбивную, приготовляемую путем сбивания яблочного пюре с сахаром и с яичным белком или другими равноценными пищевыми, пенообразующими веществами, с последующим добавлением агаро-сахарного сиропа (для клеевой пастилы) или мармеладной массы (для заварной пастилы), или без добавления их (для бесклеевой незаварной пастилы), с дальнейшим формированием сбитой пастильной массы и с последующим ее просушиванием после застудневания.
