The guidelines are intended for employees of the territorial branches of FSUE Okhrana of the Russian Guard during the design, installation and commissioning of technical means and systems of anti-criminal protection. The document regulates labor costs for the design, installation and commissioning of equipping facilities with modern security systems (means and systems of anti-criminal protection)
