On innovative scientific and technological centers and on amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation

The federal law regulates the relations that arise when creating innovative scientific and technological centers and ensuring their functioning in order to implement the priorities of the scientific and technological development of the Russian Federation, increase the investment attractiveness of research and development, commercialize their results, expand access of citizens and legal entities to participate in promising , commercially attractive scientific and technological projects
Федеральный закон регулирует отношения, возникающие при создании инновационных научно-технологических центров и обеспечении их функционирования в целях реализации приоритетов научно-технологического развития Российской Федерации, повышения инвестиционной привлекательности сферы исследований и разработок, коммерциализации их результатов, расширения доступа граждан и юридических лиц к участию в перспективных, коммерчески привлекательных научных и научно-технических проектах
