The BAT reference book was developed in conjunction with the BAT industry reference books and includes a description of general approaches and methods for increasing the energy efficiency of production, which can be applied primarily to enterprises belonging to objects of category I. The BAT reference book is methodological in nature and contains generalized information, general information, general approaches to methods and managerial decisions used to improve energy efficiency in the implementation of economic and (or) other activities at enterprises (facilities) of category I. The BAT reference book does not contain technological indicators for any industries. The recommendations contained in the interdisciplinary (“horizontal”) BAT Directory are to be applied in addition to the recommendations of the BAT industry directories, as well as in the absence of relevant information about the features of energy audit and energy management systems that are characteristic of the industry in the relevant industry (“vertical”) Directory of BAT, to the scope of which the considered enterprise (object) belongs
Справочник НДТ разработан во взаимосвязи с отраслевыми справочниками НДТ и включает в себя описание общих подходов и методов повышения энергетической эффективности производства, которые могут применятся в первую очередь на предприятиях, относящихся к объектам I категории. Справочник НДТ носит методический характер и содержит обобщенную информацию, сведения общего характера, общие подходы к методам и управленческим решениям, применяемым для повышения энергетической эффективности при осуществлении хозяйственной и (или) иной деятельности на предприятиях (объектах) I категории. Справочник НДТ не содержит технологических показателей для каких-либо отраслей промышленности. Рекомендации, содержащиеся в межотраслевом («горизонтальном») Справочнике НДТ, подлежат применению в дополнение к рекомендациям отраслевых справочников НДТ, а также в случае отсутствия соответствующих сведений об особенностях энергетического аудита и систем энергетического менеджмента, характерных для отрасли в соответствующем отраслевом («вертикальном») Справочнике НДТ, к области применения которого относится рассматриваемое предприятие (объект).
