The safety manual contains recommendations of the Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision on the establishment and methods of monitoring the resource characteristics of the electrical equipment of nuclear plants during their design, construction, manufacture, operation and decommissioning. The Safety Guide applies to the electrical equipment of nuclear power plants included in the resource management program in accordance with the requirements of NP-096-15. Safety guidance is recommended for use by legal and physical (officials) persons involved in the design, construction, manufacture, operation and decommissioning of electrical equipment of nuclear power plants
Руководство по безопасности содержит рекомендации Федеральной службы по экологическому, технологическому и атомному надзору по установлению и методам мониторинга ресурсных характеристик электротехнического оборудования атомных станций при их проектировании, конструировании, изготовлении, эксплуатации и выводе из эксплуатации. Действие Руководства по безопасности распространяется на электротехническое оборудование атомных станций, включенное в программу управления ресурсом в соответствии с требованиями НП-096-15. Руководство по безопасности рекомендуется для применения юридическими и физическими (должностными) лицами, осуществляющими проектирование, конструирование, изготовление, эксплуатацию и вывод из эксплуатации электротехнического оборудования атомных станций.
