The document (MU 08-47 / 175) establishes the methodology for performing measurements when analyzing samples of food products and food raw materials: - alcoholic beverages (vodka, cognac, fortified and dry wines, etc.), soft drinks (vegetable and fruit juices, fruit drinks, drinks etc.) with an iron content of not more than 15 mg / dm3 and copper not more than 5 mg / dm3 - milk and dairy products (kefir, fermented baked milk, cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese, kefir, yogurt, etc.); - meat, meat products, poultry, eggs and their processed products; - fish, seafood, non-fish fishing objects and products produced from them; - sugar and sugar beet and establishes the procedure for determining the mass concentration of arsenic by inversion voltammetry in the concentration ranges indicated in table 1
