The guidelines for the Classification of mineral waters and therapeutic muds for the purposes of their certification determine the procedure for approving the status of the leading natural healing resources - mineral waters and therapeutic muds, classify them by type, group and type, establish medical indications for use and explain the requirements for the certification procedure for finished products made on their basis. The guidelines have been developed and implemented with the aim of increasing the efficiency of using natural healing resources, monitoring their quality and safety and are intended for all users, organizations and individual entrepreneurs engaged in their exploration, production and operation, as well as for state and departmental control services
Методические указания по Классификации минеральных вод и лечебных грязей для целей их сертификации определяют порядок утверждения статуса ведущих природных лечебных ресурсов - минеральных вод и лечебных грязей, классифицируют их по видам, группам и типам, устанавливают медицинские показания по использованию и разъясняют требования по процедуре сертификации готовой продукции, изготовленной на их основе. Методические указания разработаны и внедряются с целью повышения эффективности использования природных лечебных ресурсов, осуществления контроля за их качеством и безопасностью и предназначены для всех пользователей, организаций и индивидуальных предпринимателей, осуществляющих их разведку, добычу и эксплуатацию, а также для служб государственного и ведомственного контроля
