Methodological guidelines establish methods of sanitary-microbiological and sanitary-parasitological analysis of the quality of coastal waters of the seas in accordance with the sanitary-epidemiological requirements for the protection of coastal waters of the seas from pollution in places of public water use (SanPiN 2.1.5. 2582-10). The guidelines are intended for individual entrepreneurs, legal entities whose activities can lead to pollution of the waters of the seas and adversely affect the health of the population, as well as to bodies authorized to carry out state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance of the quality of coastal waters of the seas
Методические указания устанавливают методы санитарно-микробиологического и санитарно-паразитологического анализа качества прибрежных вод морей в соответствии с санитарно-эпидемиологическими требованиями к охране прибрежных вод морей от загрязнения в местах водопользования населения (СанПиН 2.1.5. 2582—10). Методические указания предназначены для индивидуальных предпринимателей, юридических лиц, деятельность которых может привести к загрязнению воды морей и оказать неблагоприятное влияние на здоровье населения, а также для органов, уполномоченных осуществлять государственный санитарно-эпидемиологический надзор за качеством прибрежных вод морей.
