The guidance document applies to products of construction, road and municipal engineering, as well as industrial tractors and establishes the structure, content and procedure for developing work programs to ensure the reliability (PON) of specific products aimed at radically improving the quality of products in accordance with the tasks set out in the Central Committee’s Resolution CPSU and the Council of Ministers of the USSR of May 12, 1986 No. 540
