This set of rules applies to the design of reinforced concrete elements of precast-monolithic structures made of heavy concrete on cement binder, operated in the climatic conditions of Russia (under the systematic influence of temperatures not higher than 50 ° C and not lower than minus 70 ° C), in an environment with a non-aggressive degree of exposure. The requirements of this set of rules do not apply to the design of reinforced concrete elements of precast-monolithic structures of hydraulic structures, bridges, pavements of roads and airfields and other special structures, as well as to structures made of concrete with an average density of less than 500 and more than 2500 kg / m3, concrete polymers and polymer concretes, concrete on lime, slag and mixed binders, on gypsum and special binders, concrete on special and organic aggregates, large-pore concrete cheers. The requirements of the set of rules do not apply to prefabricated monolithic structures formed as a result of reinforcing existing prefabricated structures, as well as to structures that perceive the effects of repeatedly repeated loads
Cвод правил распространяется на проектирование железобетонных элементов сборно-монолитных конструкций из тяжелого бетона на цементном вяжущем, эксплуатируемых в климатических условиях России (при систематическом воздействии температур не выше 50 градусов Цельсия и не ниже минус 70 градусов Цельсия), в среде с неагрессивной степенью воздействия. Требования свода правил не распространяются на проектирование железобетонных элементов сборно-монолитных конструкций гидротехнических сооружений, мостов, покрытий автомобильных дорог и аэродромов и других специальных сооружений, а также на конструкции, изготовляемые из бетонов средней плотностью менее 500 и свыше 2500 кг/м3, бетонополимеров и полимербетонов, бетонов на известковых, шлаковых и смешанных вяжущих, на гипсовом и специальных вяжущих, бетонов на специальных и органических заполнителях, бетона крупнопористой структуры. Требования свода правил не распространяются на сборно-монолитные конструкции, образующиеся как результат усиления существующих сборных конструкций, а также на конструкции, воспринимающие воздействия многократно повторяющихся нагрузок.
