This set of rules applies to the design, manufacture, quality control and acceptance of horizontal directional drilling (HDD) laying of underground underground utilities for various purposes during the construction and reconstruction of the following facilities: - external water supply and sanitation networks; heating networks; cable lines of power supply, communications and telecommunications; gas distribution networks in the territories of settlements, industrial enterprises and inter-settlement; intersections of the above communications of natural and artificial barriers, including: water barriers (rivers, streams, reservoirs, bays, canals, etc.), hills and ravines, forest and parklands; railways and highways, tram tracks, subway lines, airfield territories
Cвод правил распространяется на проектирование, производство, контроль качества и приемку работ по прокладке горизонтальным направленным бурением (ГНБ) закрытых подземных переходов инженерных коммуникаций различного назначения при строительстве и реконструкции следующих объектов: наружных сетей водоснабжения, водоотведения; тепловых сетей; кабельных линий электроснабжения, связи и телекоммуникаций; сетей газораспределения на территориях населенных пунктов, промышленных предприятий и межпоселковых; пересечениях вышеперечисленными коммуникациями естественных и искусственных преград, включая: водные преграды (реки, ручьи, водохранилища, заливы, каналы и т.п.), холмы и овраги, лесные и парковые массивы; железные и автомобильные дороги, трамвайные пути, линии метрополитена, территории аэродромов.
