The aim of this work is to improve and expand the guidelines and standards for technological design and technical and economic indicators of the energy sector of ferrous metallurgy enterprises; contributing to an increase in the efficiency of decisions made, their unification, the introduction of advanced methods, the reduction in the cost of structures, the pursuit of a unified technical policy in the design of the electrical facilities of metallurgical plants. Standards are the basis for the industry and based on them, additional standards have been developed for sub-sectors (hardware, coke, refractory and other industries). In the appendices, the norms for spare equipment, basic electrical indicators, specific electricity consumption, various design factors are given. The standards are approved as mandatory for use in the industry and for organizations designing for the industry.
Целью настоящей работы является совершенствование и расширение указаний и норм технологического проектирования и технико-экономических показателей энергохозяйства предприятий черной металлургии; способствование увеличению эффективности принимаемых решений, их унификации, внедрению прогрессивных методов, уменьшению стоимости сооружений, проведению единой технической политики при проектировании электрохозяйства металлургических заводов. Нормы являются основанием для отрасли и на их основе разработаны дополнительные нормы по подотраслям (метизное, коксохимическое, огнеупорное и другие производстве). В приложениях приводят нормы на запасное оборудование, основные электрические показатели, удельные расходы электроэнергии, различные расчетные коэффициенты. Нормы утверждены, как обязательные для применения в отрасли и для организаций, проектирующих для отрасли.
