Guidelines establish the application of the methodology for determining the residual amounts of antibiotics and antimicrobial agents in products of animal origin. The guidelines are intended for bodies and organizations of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Well-being, for other organizations and institutions that monitor the safety of food products, including those imported into the Russian Federation, as well as organizations accredited to conduct relevant research

Методические указания устанавливают порядок применения методики для определения остаточных количеств антибиотиков и антимикробных препаратов в продуктах животного происхождения. Методические указания предназначены для органов и организаций Федеральной службы по надзору в сфере защиты прав потребителей и благополучия человека, для иных организаций и учреждений, осуществляющих контроль безопасности пищевой продукции, в том числе импортируемой в Российскую Федерацию, а также для аккредитованных на проведение соответствующих исследований организаций.
