The document applies to the standards of specific types of products (technical specifications) and design documents developed for machines and mechanisms for underground mining by enterprises and organizations of the General Directorate of Mining Engineering. Guiding technical material does not apply to stationary equipment and products exported. RTM establishes the requirements for the construction and content of the Safety Precautions section in standards, technical specifications for product development, technical specifications and operational documentation (operating instructions; maintenance; installation, start-up, regulation, running-in; product passport and form). RTM is mandatory for enterprises and organizations of the General Directorate of Mining Engineering, developing regulatory, technical and design documentation for mining machines and mechanisms for underground mining, produced by Glavgormash plants.
Документ распространяется на стандарты конкретных видов продукции (стандарты технических условий) и конструкторские документы, разрабатываемые на машины и механизмы для подземных горных работ предприятиями и организациями Главного управления горного машиностроения. Руководящий технический материал не распространяется на стационарное оборудование и на продукцию, поставляемую на экспорт. РТМ устанавливает требования к построению и содержанию раздела «Техника безопасности» в стандартах, технических заданиях на разработку изделия, технических условиях и эксплуатационной документации (инструкция по эксплуатации; техническому обслуживанию; монтажу, пуску, регулированию, обкатке; паспорте и формуляре на изделие). РТМ обязателен для предприятий и организаций Главного управления горного машиностроения, разрабатывающих нормативно-техническую и конструкторскую документацию на горные машины и механизмы для подземных работ, выпускаемые заводами Главгормаша.
