The guidelines establish the procedure for applying gas chromatographic analysis with mass-selective detection to measure the content of N-nitrosoamines (N-nitrosodimethylamine, N-nitrosodiethylamine) in dairy samples in a concentration range from 0.0004 to 0.0032 μg / g. Guidelines for measuring the content of N-nitrosoamines (N-nitrosodimethylamine, N-nitrosodiethylamine) in samples of dairy products are intended for laboratory studies of food safety by enterprises and institutions engaged in quality control and research of food products and food raw materials
Методические указания устанавливают порядок применения метода газохроматографического анализа с масс-селективным детектированием для измерения содержания N-нитрозоаминов (N- нитрозодиметиламин, N-нитрозодиэтиламин) в пробах молочной продукции в диапазоне концентраций от 0,0004 до 0,0032 мкг/г.
