Guidelines establish the application of the method of mass spectrometry with inductively coupled plasma to measure the mass concentration of arsenic, cadmium, lead, mercury in milk and dairy products. Methodological guidelines for the measurement of mass concentrations of cadmium, lead, arsenic, mercury in milk and dairy products by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry are intended for laboratory studies of food safety by enterprises and institutions engaged in quality control and research of food products and food raw materials
