The standard establishes the rules for the operation of facilities, structures, systems and equipment of condensate pipelines and product pipelines (hereinafter - pipelines). The standard applies to pipelines designed to transport gas condensate (stable, unstable, deethanized), liquefied petroleum gases and other liquefied hydrocarbon mixtures with a vapor pressure of 40 ° C or less than 1.6 MPa (hereinafter referred to as products). The standard applies to pipelines, which may include the following objects: - linear part; - pumping stations (head and intermediate); - tank farms, including filling devices, tanks for storage and degassing of condensate. The standard does not apply to distribution, inter- and infield, offshore pipelines, as well as to pipelines intended for the transportation of products cooled to temperatures below minus 20 ° С. The standard is intended for use by organizations, regardless of their form of ownership and departmental affiliation, carrying out work in the field of design, construction, reconstruction, operation, including maintenance, technical diagnostics and repair of pipelines.
Стандарт устанавливает правила эксплуатации объектов, сооружений, систем и оборудования магистральных конденсатопроводов и продуктопроводов (далее - трубопроводы). Стандарт распространяется на трубопроводы, предназначенные для транспортирования газового конденсата (стабильного, нестабильного, деэтанизированного), сжиженных углеводородных газов и других сжиженных углеводородных смесей с упругостью насыщенных паров при температуре 40 °С не более 1,6 МПа (далее - продукты). Стандарт распространяется на трубопроводы, в состав которых могут входить следующие объекты: - линейная часть; - насосные станции (головные и промежуточные); - резервуарные парки, включая наливные устройства, емкости для хранения и разгазирования конденсата. Стандарт не распространяется на распределительные, меж- и внутрипромысловые, морские трубопроводы, а также на трубопроводы, предназначенные для транспортирования продуктов, охлажденных до температуры ниже минус 20 °С. Стандарт предназначен для применения организациями независимо от их формы собственности и ведомственной принадлежности, осуществляющими работы в области проектирования, строительства, реконструкции, эксплуатации, включая техническое обслуживание, техническое диагностирование и ремонт трубопроводов.
