The standard applies to milk and dairy products, which include: - drinking milk [pasteurized, ultra-pasteurized (ultra-high-temperature processed), sterilized, baked]; - drinking cream (pasteurized, ultra-pasteurized, sterilized); - dairy products and organic products (kefir, fermented baked milk, varenets, yogurt, acidophilus, including for preventive dietetic nutrition, as well as for baby food); - yogurts, yogurts for dietary preventive and baby nutrition; - fermented milk drinks (kefir product, yogurt product, tan, ayran); - sour cream and a milk-containing product with a milk fat replacer, produced by the technology of sour cream; - cottage cheese and cottage cheese with gustatory components, including cottage cheese for baby food; - cottage cheese; - curd products (curd mass, curd cheese, including glazed); - milk-containing products with milk fat replacer, produced using cottage cheese technology; - cottage cheese; - cheeses (soft, brine, semi-hard); - milk-containing products with milk fat substitute produced using cheese technology (soft, brine, semi-solid); - milk-containing products with milk fat replacer, produced using processed cheese technology; - ice cream, ice cream with milk fat replacer; - frozen desserts with the addition of milk and dairy products; - butter and butter paste from cow's milk; - butter and butter paste from cow's milk with flavoring components; - creamy-vegetable spread; - canned condensed milk with sugar; - milk-containing condensed canned food with sugar with milk fat replacer; - canned condensed sterilized; - powdered milk; - dry cream; and establishes a method for sampling dairy products from a sales shelf (at the places of sale), the conditions for their delivery to a testing laboratory (center).
