The standard applies to milk and dairy products, which include: - drinking milk [pasteurized, ultra-pasteurized (ultra-high-temperature processed), sterilized, baked]; - drinking cream (pasteurized, ultra-pasteurized, sterilized); - dairy products and organic products (kefir, fermented baked milk, varenets, yogurt, acidophilus, including for preventive dietetic nutrition, as well as for baby food); - yogurts, yogurts for dietary preventive and baby nutrition; - fermented milk drinks (kefir product, yogurt product, tan, ayran); - sour cream and a milk-containing product with a milk fat replacer, produced by the technology of sour cream; - cottage cheese and cottage cheese with gustatory components, including cottage cheese for baby food; - cottage cheese; - curd products (curd mass, curd cheese, including glazed); - milk-containing products with milk fat replacer, produced using cottage cheese technology; - cottage cheese; - cheeses (soft, brine, semi-hard); - milk-containing products with milk fat substitute produced using cheese technology (soft, brine, semi-solid); - milk-containing products with milk fat replacer, produced using processed cheese technology; - ice cream, ice cream with milk fat replacer; - frozen desserts with the addition of milk and dairy products; - butter and butter paste from cow's milk; - butter and butter paste from cow's milk with flavoring components; - creamy-vegetable spread; - canned condensed milk with sugar; - milk-containing condensed canned food with sugar with milk fat replacer; - canned condensed sterilized; - powdered milk; - dry cream; and establishes a method for sampling dairy products from a sales shelf (at the places of sale), the conditions for their delivery to a testing laboratory (center).

Стандарт распространяется на молоко и молочную продукцию, к которой относятся: - питьевое молоко [пастеризованное, ультрапастеризованное (ультравысокотемпературно-обработанное), стерилизованное, топленое]; - питьевые сливки (пастеризованные, ультрапастеризованные, стерилизованные); - кисломолочные продукты и биопродукты (кефир, ряженка, варенец, простокваша, ацидофилин, в том числе для диетического профилактического питания, а также для детского питания); - йогурты, йогурты для диетического профилактического и детского питания; - кисломолочные напитки (кефирный продукт, йогуртный продукт, тан, айран); - сметана и молокосодержащий продукт с заменителем молочного жира, произведенный по технологии сметаны; - творог и творог с пищевкусовыми компонентами, в том числе творог для детского питания; - зерненый творог; - творожные продукты (творожная масса, творожные сырки, в том числе глазированные); - молокосодержащие продукты с заменителем молочного жира, произведенные по технологии творога; - творожный сыр; - сыры (мягкие, рассольные, полутвердые); - молокосодержащие продукты с заменителем молочного жира, произведенные по технологии сыра (мягкие, рассольные, полутвердые); - молокосодержащие продукты с заменителем молочного жира, произведенные по технологии плавленого сыра; - мороженое, мороженое с заменителем молочного жира; - замороженные десерты с добавлением молока и молочных продуктов; - масло и масляная паста из коровьего молока; - масло и масляная паста из коровьего ��олока с вкусовыми компонентами; - сливочно-растительный спред; - консервы молочные сгущенные с сахаром; - молокосодержащие сгущенные консервы с сахаром с заменителем молочного жира; - консервы сгущенные стерилизованные; - сухое молоко; - сухие сливки; и устанавливает метод отбора проб молочной продукции с торговой полки (в местах реализации), условия их доставки в испытательную лабораторию (центр).
