The set of rules has been developed with the aim of creating uniform requirements for maintaining, processing and completing executive documentation issued during the construction (reconstruction) of oil and gas industry facilities in the Russian Federation. The set of rules applies to the construction (reconstruction) of the linear part of main and field steel pipelines with a nominal diameter of up to 1400 mm (inclusive) and overpressure of the medium: not higher than 10 MPa - for main pipelines; not higher than 32 MPa - for field pipelines of gas, gas condensate and oil fields and technological pipelines of underground gas storages. The set of rules does not apply to the composition and execution of executive documentation during the construction (reconstruction) of trunk and field pipelines in offshore areas and in areas with seismicity on the MSK-64 scale of over 8 points for underground and over 6 points for overhead and on-site pipelines.
Свод правил разработан с целью формирования единых требований к ведению, оформлению и комплектации исполнительной документации, оформляемой в процессе строительства (реконструкции) объектов нефтегазовой отрасли Российской Федерации. Свод правил распространяется на строительство (реконструкцию) линейной части магистральных и промысловых стальных трубопроводов условным диаметром до 1400 мм (включительно) и избыточным давлением среды: не выше 10 МПа — для магистральных трубопроводов; не выше 32 МПа — для промысловых трубопроводов газовых, газоконденсатных и нефтяных месторождений и технологических трубопроводов подземных хранилищ газа. Свод правил не распространяется на состав и оформление исполнительной документации при строительстве (реконструкции) магистральных и промысловых трубопроводов на морских акваториях и в районах с сейсмичностью по шкале МSК-64 свыше 8 баллов для подземных и свыше 6 баллов для надземных и внутриплощадочных трубопроводов.
