The standard applies to the anode grounding of electrochemical (cathodic) corrosion protection installations and establishes the general technical requirements for the anodic grounding systems of the cathodic protection of metal structures against corrosion, including underground pipelines (oil and gas pipelines, heating networks, domestic pipelines, etc.) .), as well as classification, the system of brand formation, requirements for design, raw materials, materials, purchased products, completeness, packaging, labeling, safety requirements safety, requirements for transportation and storage of anode grounding conductors as part of anode grounding. The standard does not apply to the anode grounding of the cathodic protection installations of ships and the inner surface of tanks and reservoirs, as well as to the anode grounding used as temporary (experimental) during corrosion surveys and monitoring the insulation status of underground structures (for example, gas pipelines, etc.). The requirements of this standard are mandatory. The standard is mandatory for use by all organizations involved in the design, manufacture, acceptance, testing, delivery and operation of anode grounding and grounding conductors.
Стандарт распространяется на анодные заземления установок электрохимической (катодной) защиты от коррозии и устанавливает общие технические требования к анодным заземлителям систем катодной защиты металлических сооружений от коррозии, включая подземный трубопроводный транспорт (магистральные нефте- и газопроводы, тепловые сети, трубопроводы бытового назначения и т.д.), а также классификацию, систему образования марок, требования к конструкции, сырью, материалам, покупным изделиям, комплектности, упаковке, маркировке, требованиям безопасности, требованиям по транспортированию и хранению анодных заземлителей в составе анодных заземлений. Стандарт не распространяется на анодные заземления установок катодной защиты судов и внутренней поверхности емкостей и резервуаров, а также на анодные заземления, применяемые в качестве временных (экспериментальных) при коррозионных обследованиях и контроле состояния изоляции подземных сооружений (например, газопроводов и др.). Требования настоящего стандарта являются обязательными. Стандарт обязателен к применению всеми организациями, осуществляющими проектирование, изготовление, приемку, испытания, поставку и эксплуатацию анодных заземлений и заземлителей.
