The standard applies to biological medicines for veterinary use - live vaccines for birds and establishes a method for detecting and identifying the Marek's disease virus based on the polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The present method can also be used to analyze blood sera and bird cell cultures for Marek disease virus contamination.
Стандарт распространяется на биологические лекарственные средства для ветеринарного применения - живые вакцины для птиц и устанавливает метод выявления и идентификации вируса болезни Марека на основе полимеразной цепной реакции (ПЦР). Настоящий метод также может быть применен для анализа сывороток крови и культур клеток птиц на контаминацию вирусом болезни Марека.
