Instructions for the preparation and use of concrete and mortar for mining coal mines
Status: Reference materials, MP, TPR
The instruction is intended for use in the design of trunk supports, pairings of trunks with boreholes, inclined and horizontal mine workings, filling up the tubing space in the construction, reconstruction and production mines of the industry. The instruction defines the main provisions for the intensification of technological processes at the stages of preparation, transportation and laying of concrete (mortar) mixtures, in relation to the specific conditions of mine workings, taking into account the operation of the lining in conditions of familiar alternating stresses, constant humidity and ambient temperature, shock, the presence of tributaries pressure and non-pressure aggressive mine waters; sinking of workings in ordinary, permafrost and frozen rocks. The manual presents the main provisions of the chemicalization of concrete (mortar), the use of chemical additives, including superplasticizers, as well as mineral additives, which can improve the quality of concrete lining, reduce the cost of cement and other material and labor resources. Technological schemes and a list of standardized equipment for storage, preparation of transportation and dosing of aqueous solutions of chemical additives are given.
