The standard establishes the general requirements for palm oil and its fractions used for the production of food products as food (edible) oil and fat raw materials or fat-and-oil ingredient (component) of food products, as well as palm oil and its fractions used as raw materials for the production of laundry soap , solid fat-based toilet soap.
Стандарт устанавливает общие требования на пальмовое масло и его фракции, применяемые для производства пищевой продукции в качестве продовольственного (пищевого) масложирового сырья или масложирового ингредиента (компонента) пищевой продукции, а также на пальмовое масло и его фракции, используемые в качестве сырья для производств хозяйственного мыла, твердого туалетного мыла на жировой основе.
