Pipelines trunk and field for oil and gas. Construction of underwater crossings and work control
Status: Effective - Introduced for the first time
The set of rules applies to the construction and control of work on underwater crossings through water barriers (rivers, lakes, reservoirs, waterlogged and swampy floodplains) of trunk and field pipelines for oil, gas and oil products with a nominal diameter of up to DN 1400 and overpressure: above 10 MPa - for trunk pipelines and oil product pipelines; not higher than 32 MPa - for field pipelines. The set of rules establishes requirements for the ballasting of underwater pipelines, the construction of underwater crossings using the methods of laying in an open trench, horizontal directional drilling, pipe-in-pipe, microtunneling, shore protection works during the construction of underwater crossings, monitoring the performance of work and environmental protection. The set of rules does not apply to the construction of crossings of offshore pipelines.
