The set of rules establishes general requirements and rules for engineering surveys for the preparation of territorial planning documents, territory planning documents and the selection of construction sites (routes), in the preparation of design documentation for capital construction projects, construction and reconstruction of buildings and structures in avalanche hazardous areas of the Russian Federation.
Свод правил устанавливает общие требования и правила производства инженерных изысканий для подготовки документов территориального планирования, документации по планировке территории и выбора площадок (трасс) строительства, при подготовке проектной документации объектов капитального строительства, строительстве и реконструкции зданий и сооружений в лавиноопасных районах Российской Федерации.
