The set of rules establishes the rules for the design of electrical installations of newly built and reconstructed residential and public buildings. The set of rules applies to electrical circuits with a rated voltage of up to 1000 V AC and 1500 V DC, inclusive. The set of rules does not apply to the design of electric drives and electrical equipment of special electrical installations: elevators, elevators, film technology equipment, computer centers, medical institutions, science and scientific services, as well as the design of automation devices for sanitary, fire-fighting and other technological installations. The set of rules establishes requirements for protection against electric shock, which includes basic protection and protection against damage, and requirements for additional protection.
Свод правил устанавливает правила проектирования электроустановок вновь строящихся и реконструируемых жилых и общественных зданий. Свод правил распространяется на электрические цепи номинальным напряжением до 1000 В переменного тока и 1500 В постоянного тока включительно. Свод правил не распространяется на проектирование электропривода и электрооборудования специальных электротехнических установок: лифтов, подъемников, кинотехнологического оборудования, вычислительных центров, лечебно-профилактических учреждений, науки и научного обслуживания, а также на проектирование устройств автоматизации санитарно-технических, противопожарных и других технологических установок. Свод правил устанавливает требования к защите от поражения электрическим током, включающей в себя основную защиту и защиту при повреждении, и требования к дополнительной защите.
