The standard applies to electric motors with a rated power of up to 1000 W: asynchronous, synchronous, collector alternating current and universal, collector and non-contact direct current and step with a rated torque of 10.0 N * m, designed for operation from a direct or alternating current network with a frequency of 50, 60 or 400 Hz, manufactured for the needs of the national economy and export to countries with a temperate and tropical climate.
