The manual is recommended for use in the construction, reconstruction or expansion of marine and river port and shore protection hydraulic structures, as well as hydraulic structures of shipbuilding and ship repair enterprises. The production and acceptance of these works in special conditions (seismic regions, in the Northern building and climatic zone and in the zone of spreading of subsidence soils) must be carried out in compliance with the requirements of the relevant chapters of construction norms and rules and other all-Union regulatory documents, the effect of which applies to work in these conditions .
Пособие рекомендуется использовать при производстве работ по строительству, реконструкции или расширению морских и речных портовых и берегозащитных гидротехнических сооружений, а также гидротехнических сооружений судостроительных и судоремонтных предприятий. Производство и приемка указанных работ в особых условиях (сейсмических районах, в Северной строительно-климатической зоне и в зоне распространения просадочных грунтов) должны выполняться с соблюдением требований соответствующих глав строительных норм и правил и других общесоюзных нормативных документов, действие которых распространяется на работы в этих условиях.
