Intersectoral labor protection rules in the production of acetylene, oxygen, the process of spraying and flame treatment of metals apply to workers and employers engaged in all types of flame treatment of metals (HOM), spraying processes (PN), production of acetylene from calcium carbide (PA) and balloon oxygen (PC) and establish labor protection requirements for jobs and work organization, common for all organizations, regardless of legal forms of ownership and ownership, as well as for citizens, engaged in these types of work in the form of entrepreneurial activity without forming a legal entity.
Межотраслевые правила по охране труда при производстве ацетилена, кислорода, процессе напыления и газопламенной обработке металлов распространяются на работников и работодателей, занятых выполнением всех видов газопламенной обработки металлов (ГОМ), процессов напыления (ПН), производства ацетилена из карбида кальция (ПА) и баллонного кислорода (ПК) и устанавливают требования охраны труда к рабочим местам и организации работ, единые для всех организаций независимо от организационно-правовых форм и форм собственности, а также на граждан, занимающихся указанными видами работ в порядке предпринимательской деятельности без образования юридического лица.
