The standards apply to the design, construction and commissioning of waste disposal facilities and landfills for the disposal of municipal solid waste from rural settlements, developed in accordance with applicable standards and approved master plans for settlements. The scope is limited to a population of up to 20,000 people.
Нормы распространяются на проектирование, строительство и приемку в эксплуатацию сооружений мусороудаления и полигонов по утилизации твердых бытовых отходов сельских населенных пунктов, разрабатываемых в соответствии с действующими нормами и утвержденными генеральными планами поселений. Область применения ограничивается количеством жителей до 20000 человек.
