The rules apply to organizations servicing linear structures of cable transmission lines that are licensed to carry out activities in the field of communications and determine labor protection requirements when working on linear structures of cable transmission lines.
Правила распространяются на организации, обслуживающие линейные сооружения кабельных линий передачи, имеющие лицензию для осуществления деятельности в области связи и определяют требования по охране труда при работах на линейных сооружениях кабельных линий передачи.
