Intersectoral rules on labor protection in road transport
Межотраслевые правила по охране труда на автомобильном транспорте
Status: Not effective - No longer valid. By order of the Ministry of Labor of Russia No. 59n dated February 6, 2018
The rules apply to employees of motor transport organizations (ATP), motor vehicle workshops, sections of other organizations that provide services for the maintenance, repair and inspection of the technical condition of motor vehicles (service stations, car repair and tire repair organizations, garages, parking lots, etc.), as well as entrepreneurs engaged in the transport of goods and passengers.
Правила распространяются на работников автотранспортных организаций (АТП), автотранспортных цехов, участков иных организаций, предоставляющих услуги по техническому обслуживанию, ремонту и проверке технического состояния автотранспортных средств (станции технического обслуживания, авторемонтные и шиноремонтные организации, гаражи, стоянки и т.п.), а также на предпринимателей, осуществляющих перевозки грузов и пассажиров.
