Intersectoral labor protection regulations for the operation of freon refrigeration units

Межотраслевые правила по охране труда при эксплуатации фреоновых холодильных установок

Intersectoral labor protection rules during the operation of freon refrigeration units (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) apply to workers and employers engaged in ensuring the safe operation of stationary refrigeration units - units, machines, systems (hereinafter referred to as refrigeration units) for general purposes, operating on volume compressors in a closed cycle using freons (chladones) and their mixtures as a refrigerant (hereinafter referred to as refrigerant), and establish uniform regulatory e labor protection requirements for the organization of work and jobs for organizations of all forms of ownership and legal forms, as well as individual entrepreneurs. These Rules do not apply to workers and employers engaged in ensuring the safe operation of household refrigeration appliances (refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, etc.), as well as transport refrigeration units (automobile, rail, water transport, etc.).

Межотраслевые правила по охране труда при эксплуатации фреоновых холодильных установок (именуемые далее - Правила) распространяются на работников и работодателей, занятых обеспечением безопасной эксплуатации стационарных холодильных установок - агрегатов, машин, систем (именуемых далее - холодильные установки) общего назначения, работающих на компрессорах объемного действия по замкнутому циклу с использованием фреонов (хладонов) и их смесей в качестве холодильного агента (именуемых далее - хладагент), и устанавливают единые нормативные требования охраны труда к организации работ и рабочим местам для организаций всех форм собственности и организационно-правовых форм, а также индивидуальных предпринимателей. Эти Правила не распространяются на работников и работодателей, занятых обеспечением безопасной эксплуатации бытовых холодильных приборов (холодильников, морозильников, кондиционеров и т.п.), а также транспортных холодильных установок (автомобильных, железнодорожных, водного транспорта и др.).
