Status: Effective
Norms must be observed in the Kostroma region when designing new, reconstructed, overhaul heated buildings (multi-family and single-family) and public buildings (pre-school, educational, medical institutions and clinics, educational, spectacular, administrative and sports), as well as others public buildings with standardized temperature and relative humidity of indoor air. It is allowed to use the provisions of these norms in the design of office buildings of industrial enterprises and buildings for placement of small household goods in them.
Нормы должны соблюдаться на территории Костромской области при проектировании новых, реконструируемых, капитально ремонтируемых отапливаемых зданий (многоквартирных и одноквартирных) и зданий общественного назначения (дошкольных, общеобразовательных, лечебных учреждений и поликлиник, учебных, зрелищных, административно-бытовых и спортивных), а также других зданий общественного назначения с нормируемой температурой и относительной влажностью внутреннего воздуха. Допускается положения настоящих норм использовать при проектировании административно-бытовых зданий промпредприятий и зданий для размещения в них малых производств бытового назначения.
