Territorial building codes regulate the design of reconstruction of neighborhoods, land plots, individual buildings and engineering structures within the residential areas of the historically formed areas of St. Petersburg. Norms are mandatory for all participants of activity, regardless of the form of ownership of construction and reconstruction objects.
Территориальные строительные нормы регламентируют проектирование реконструкции кварталов, земельных участков, отдельных зданий и инженерных сооружений в пределах селитебных территорий исторически сложившихся районов Санкт-Петербурга. Нормы обязательны для всех участников деятельности вне зависимости от форм собственности на объекты строительства и реконструкции.
