Status: Not effective
Norms must be observed on the territory of the Udmurt Republic when designing new, reconstructed, overhaulable heated residential houses (multi-apartment and single-apartment) and public buildings (pre-school, general education, medical institutions and clinics, administrative) with a standardized temperature and relative humidity of the internal air. The standards are designed to ensure the efficient use of energy resources and increase the level of thermal protection of these buildings, including taking into account the capabilities of the construction industry base and the rational (effective) use of products.
Нормы должны соблюдаться на территории Удмуртской Республики при проектировании новых, реконструируемых, капитально ремонтируемых отапливаемых жилых домов (многоквартирных и одноквартирных) и зданий общественного назначения (дошкольных, общеобразовательных, лечебных учреждений и поликлиник, административных) с нормируемой температурой и относительной влажностью внутреннего воздуха. Нормы предназначены для обеспечения эффективного использования энергетических ресурсов и повышения уровня тепловой защиты этих зданий, в том числе с учетом возможностей базы строительной индустрии и рационального (эффективного) использования выпускаемой продукции.
