The norms contain basic guidelines for the design of dispatching points (DP) and nodes of dispatching and technological control facilities (SDTU) of the joint dispatching administrations, district energy departments, power plants, enterprises and areas of electric and heat networks, as well as substations of 35 kV and higher and are intended for unification of design decisions
