Instructions on the procedure for conducting state examination of construction projects

The instruction establishes the general rules, procedure and deadlines for the state examination of feasibility studies (projects), work projects for the construction, expansion, reconstruction and technical re-equipment of enterprises, buildings and structures in the territory of the Russian Federation and is intended for use by state bodies carrying out examination of construction projects , public administration and supervision bodies, customers (investors), enterprises, organizations, other legal and financial individuals - participants in the investment process in construction
