The norms must be observed (with the exception of the cases specified in clause 1.4 "Areas of application") in the Samara region when designing new, reconstructed, overhaulable heated residential buildings (multi-unit and single-family) and public buildings (pre-school, boarding houses, general education , medical institutions and clinics, offices) with standardized temperature and relative humidity of internal air. It is allowed to use the provisions of these norms in the design of office buildings of industrial enterprises and buildings with domestic production facilities located in them.
Нормы должны соблюдаться (за исключением случаев, оговоренных в п. 1.4 "Области применения") на территории Самарской области при проектировании новых, реконструируемых, капитально ремонтируемых отапливаемых жилых зданий (многоквартирных и одноквартирных) и зданий общественного назначения (дошкольных, домов-интернатов, общеобразовательных, лечебных учреждений и поликлиник, офисов) с нормируемой температурой и относительной влажностью внутреннего воздуха. Допускается положения настоящих норм использовать при проектировании административно-бытовых зданий промпредприятий и зданий с размещенными в них производствами бытового назначения.
