The law defines the legal framework for ensuring the stable and safe functioning of the transport complex, protecting the interests of individuals, society and the state from acts of unlawful interference, including terrorist ones, in the sphere of the transport complex, the rights and obligations of owners and users of transport infrastructure facilities and vehicles in the field of providing transport safety
