On Roads and Road Activities in the Russian Federation and on Amending Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation

Status: Effective. The federal law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication, with the exception of the provisions for which article 63 establishes different periods for their entry into force
Federal law regulates relations arising in connection with the use of roads, including on a paid basis, and the implementation of road activities in the Russian Federation. The federal law applies to all roads in the Russian Federation, regardless of their form of ownership and significance.
